Who I am.

I’m Beth Hall, Founder & Director of Culture Edge. I help leaders build workplaces where people and performance thrive. With 25+ years in People & Culture, I blend organisational psychology with lived leadership experience to design practical, evidence-based solutions you can use in the flow of work. I’ve led large-scale culture, capability and change programs across diverse industries, including as Global Head of Organisational Development at Cotton On Group and GM Standards & Capability at AHRI, where I helped set Australia’s benchmark for HR standards and Certification.

What I’m known for.
